Al Rowad was formed in 2003 as a small entrepreneurial company with a mandate to further develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities of human capital in the UAE.

Our goal was to make a modest but positive contribution to the country’s growth and development. Our early approach was to provide ad hoc training and public courses through a strong commitment of listening to our clients and monitoring local markets. Al Rowad has since evolved into a mature organization that focuses on client-centred business and strategic human development.

  • Al Rowad-Australia:
    a successful Senior Leadership Development programs have been held in cooperation with Al Rowad partners (Victoria University & CIT) in Melbourne and Canberra.
  • Al Rowad-KSA:
    2012 will declare the opening of the new Al Rowad branch in Saudi Arabia. All of Al Rowad services will be available to our Saudi partners in their places as well as what we already provide outside the KSA.

    a numerous verity of managerial and technical programs are obtainable for Al Rowad partners; both of the plans are available to download .
