Introduction

Al Rowad was formed in 2003 as a small entrepreneurial company with a mandate to further develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities of human capital in the UAE. Our goal was to make a modest but positive contribution to the country’s growth and development. Our early approach was to provide ad hoc training and public courses through a strong commitment of listening to our clients and monitoring local markets. Al Rowad has since evolved into a mature organization that focuses on client-centred business and strategic human development.

From its Abu Dhabi headquarters, Al Rowad now reaches out to customers throughout the GCC and worldwide using a network of alliance partners and specialist organisations who share our passion for best practice learning and development.

More specifically, Al Rowad directly supports the corresponding growth of our neighbouring countries by delivering these quality programs through our first branch office and training centre in Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabian We plan to continue our operational expansion to other GCC countries in an effort to support our dynamic client base, wherever they are.

Today, Al Rowad has International recognition for its suite of learning and development programs. Leadership, teamwork, foresight and entrepreneurial spirit were the features of our Chairman’s business five years ago. It is these same qualities that have enabled management, staff and other stakeholders to evolve the company to where it is today, securing Al Rowad’s place in the UAE as a leading training and development organisation.
