Training methodology
Our methods of conducting the seminar include a large interactive component and aim to integrate the participants’ real workplace situation. This means that we take the approach of making optimum use of the participants’ apparent and latent abilities, adapting these to the specific situational conditions.
Here, brief modules in theory are alternated with exercises, simulations, creative performances of the perceived identity within the role, workshop-like elaboration of specific questions, outdoor group exercises and reflection loops relevant to the topic. We stage-manage reality. We facilitate learning through experience. The participants will acquire new knowledge, new ideas, and new patterns of behavior through their own experiences that they gain within the seminar. The trainer will provide models and theoretical explanations will analyse procedures and behavior and will present possible new solutions; she will conduct exercises and act as a guide during the seminar with the aim of enabling the participants to expand their behavioral patterns.
